Organization for Architecture is an architecture office made up of critical thinkers who believe that architecture and good design have the power to transform the way we live. The studio works closely with clients in a collaborative process through models, plans, and sketches to ultimately express a project that is sensitive to materials, landscape, and site.
Charles Merideth, R.A.
Charles Merideth, RA, AIA, is a licensed architect in the State of Oregon, with over a decade of experience designing and realizing projects. Prior to founding Organization for Architecture, he worked in New York and San Francisco, most recently at Jim Jennings Architecture. He received his Master of Architecture from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation at Columbia University in 2012.
Elise Riley Merideth
Elise Riley Merideth, Assoc. AIA, received a Master of Architecture from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation at Columbia University in New York. Prior to co-founding Organization for Architecture, she worked as a designer in New York for Steven Holl Architects from 2012 to 2017 and Paulett Taggart Architects in San Francisco.

2012-2017: Primary team from first place competition to concept design through construction documents for THE REACH AT THE JOHN F. KENNEDY CENTER, WASHINGTON, D.C. while at Steven Holl Architects
2016-2017: Concept and schematic design for THE WINTER VISUAL ARTS CENTER at Franklin and Marshall College, while at Steven Holl Architects.
2015-2016: First place completion design for the RUBENSTEIN COMMONS, INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED STUDY in New Jersey while at Steven Holl Architects.
